Masamind provides digital services only, such as:

- Website Maintenance & Support
📌 We do not ship any physical products.
2. Service Delivery Method
All services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following:
- Email communication
- Google Meet / online meetings
- Cloud links (Google Drive, hosting panel, etc.)
- Live website deployment
There is no courier, logistics, or physical shipment involved.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Project timelines are shared before or after payment based on the selected service.
- Delivery time depends on:
- Project scope
- Client feedback and content availability
- Revision requests
Any delay caused by missing inputs or approvals from the client may extend the delivery timeline.
4. Access & Handover
Once the project is completed and payment terms are fulfilled:
- Website access, files, or credentials will be shared securely
- Final handover will be done digitally
- Support details will be provided as per the agreed package
5. Delays & Responsibility
Masamind is not responsible for delays caused due to:
- Late client responses or approvals
- Third-party tools, hosting providers, or domain services
- Technical issues beyond our control
