Cancellation & Refund

At Masamind, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made through Razorpay on our website.

1. Service-Based Payments

Masamind provides digital services such as:

  • Website Design & Development
  • UI/UX Design
  • SEO & Digital Marketing
  • Maintenance & Support Services

Since these are service-based and digital in nature, refunds are handled carefully after reviewing the work status.

2. Cancellation Polic

  • You may request a cancellation before the project work has started.
  • Once the project has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at info@masamind.com with your order/payment details.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund
    If the cancellation request is made before any work has started.
  • ⚠️ Partial Refund
    If work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting:
    • Work already completed
    • Resource and processing costs
  • No Refund
    If:
    • The project is completed
    • Major design/development work has already been delivered
    • Delay is caused by the client (missing content, approvals, feedback)

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used via Razorpay.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Case

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Domain, hosting, third-party tools, plugins, or licenses
  • Change of mind after project approval
  • Delay caused due to lack of client response or data
