  • Project timelines depend on the scope and client cooperation.
  • Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals from the client may affect delivery dates.
  • Masamind is not responsible for delays caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or services.

5. Revisions & Changes

  • Revisions are limited to the scope agreed during the project discussion.
  • Additional changes or new features may be charged extra.
  • Major changes requested after approval may require a revised timeline and cost.

6. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the project stage and work completed.
  • Digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, code, and content remain the property of Masamind until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership of the final approved work is transferred to the client.
  • Masamind may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide required content, feedback, and approvals on time
  • Ensure they have rights to all content (text, images, logos) shared with Masamind
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly

Masamind is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Masamind will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Issues caused by hosting, domain providers, or third-party services

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, plugins, or services. Masamind is not responsible for changes, downtime, or issues caused by these third parties.
